New Online Market for those wanting to order local produce in Central Lake County Florida. Leading the charge is Aleece Landis of Aquaponic Lynx LLC.
Aquaponic Lynx LLC grows vegetables and fish Aquaponically.
We are currently seeking additional growers and customers, please feel free to sign up for an account. Fees for growers is 10% of total sales to cover costs of operating the market. Fees for customers is only $25 for the year per household and you can make your first two purchases as a trial before paying the fee.
Right now the drop off and pick up location will be

But this may change if other farms in the area want to host the drop off/pick up day/s. You can reach me by phone/text at 407-342-8515
Ordering window from Monday afternoon through Thursday 8pm and pick up will be on Saturday Morning. Farms would bring their orders to the drop off on Friday afternoon. I am open to changing this schedule to meet the needs of the majority of people who participate. Please feel free to share your suggestions with me.

Summer Vacation Schedule
I’m Gonna call this the Summer Vacation Schedule. I will probably just leave the Market Open now through August until September unless something major happens. I’m still here and we still have some of the basic stuff but I’m busy doing farm rebuilding/clean up and preparing for fall planting. Contact me if you want anything listed. Or if you might want to make a Huge batch of pesto (I actually have to pull out and throw away a large amount of Basil just to make room for fall planting.)
Anyway, Feel Free to contact me if you want to order anything or make requests for fall crops. I’m here but may not remember to do weekly posting for the Month of August.
Since I am out of the normal schedule for now, please remember to indicate when you would like to make your pickup appointment.

Summer Time Salad Blues
Summer time brings weather not conducive to growing lettuce, celery or kale. We still have a tiny bit but it is about gone.
I do have microgreens and shoots and am testing out growing more stuff and some edible weeds as a summer salad option. If you like Dandelion, bidens alba, and sweet potato leaves as a large portion of your salad, let me know and I’ll work harder on it.
